[b]Basic Conduct.[/b]
[color=#0000ff]1.1- Disrespectful Behavior[/color]. Any sort of toxicity or disrespectful behavior in the broadest of terms is forbidden. This includes staff members and other players. Users are expected to conduct themself with respect.
[color=#0000ff]1.2- Cooperation With Staff. [/color]If a staff member requests information from a player regarding an innocent. Players are required to answer truthfully and honestly.
[color=#0000ff]1.3- Personal Information And Identities. [/color]Players may not leak, attempt to gain, or maliciously use personal details of another user. This includes but is not limited to sharing passwords, IRL names, phone numbers, addresses, family members, and friends.

[color=#0000ff]2.1 Play Realistically. [/color]This is a [u]roleplay [/u]server. Therefore users are expected to roleplay and play realistically.
[color=#0000ff]2.2. Exploits- [/color]Any exploiting, in the simplest way is strictly forbidden. Users are required to report any and all exploits to the senior administration without hesitancy. Failure to do so will result in harsh punishment.
[color=#0000ff]2.3. Excessive Negativity- [/color]This rule can also tie back to rule 2.1 and 3.3 . Users may not kill other users over simple things. However, users are allowed to kill users when their life or a friend's life is at risk, or the original user has done something excessive such as threatening to kill you or your friend.
Some examples of 2.3 are:
Targetting new players
Killing another user over verbal insults
Killing in unarmed user doing a raid
Killing a player while they are complying such as killing a player after mugging them
[b]Roleplay/In Character Rules.[/b]
[color=#0000ff]3.1- Roleplay Names. [/color]In-Character names must be realistic and the names of famous/well-known individuals may not be used. Furthermore, the usage of real-life names may not be used (See 1.3)
[color=#0000ff]3.2- Metagaming. [/color]Metagaming; such as (but not limited to) using steam chat, TeamSpeak, discord to convey in-characterr information to another player is not allowed.
[i]Some examples of metagaming are:[/i]
[i]Whist being mugged, steam messaging another user that you're being mugged, and your location is considered metagaming and not allowed
After dying, messaging, or telling a user how, where, and who you died from is not allowed.[/i]
[color=#0000ff]3.3- Putting Your Life At Risk. [/color]Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment, or general well being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion and for beneficial reasons. This rule is specifically relevant to the violation of any In-Character law, meaning that murders, thefts, etc, are all expected to be conducted realistically;
[i]A few examples of breaking 3.4 are:
Loitering around an active shootout without being involved or for no justified reason.
Killing a police officer for a minor offense. Such as killing a police officer to avoid receiving a citation or small jail sentence.
Driving at high rates of speed and breaking multiple traffic laws for no justified reason
Committing serious crimes whilst police are around/ in direct eyesight of you[/i]
[color=#0000ff]3.4- New Life Rule. [/color]When a player has passed away and respawned, the must wait five minutes after respawning until they may return to their location of death. [b][u]This does not include being knocked unconscious and then being revived by a medic or staff member.[/u][/b] When a player respawns they are not allowed to remember anything about their previous life like how they died, who killed them, and where.
[color=#0000ff]3.5- Stay Alive. [/color]Users must do everything they can to avoid their own death. See (3.4) This includes purposely killing themself.
